We are very pleased to announce that we have once again won the coveted 3-Star award from the World of Fine Wine’s “World’s Best Wine Lists” awards.
Of approximately 4500 restaurants considered worldwide, only 322 achieved the highest accolade of 3 stars – and, naturally, we were delighted to receive it.
As you may have noticed, our wine list has a strong focus on the US and the World of Fine Wine judges commended it for its variety both of producers, mature vintages, and locations: Oregon, New York State and Washington State are represented just as well as California, remark their notes.
However, just as in 2015, the list was also commended for going beyond the USA. “There is an impressive range in the rest of the world too, with top producers and a range of vintages and good pricing throughout.”
The whole team are delighted to have received the award, which is of course a great reflection of the hard work our sommeliers put in to our wine selection. Head sommelier Jess summed it up best:
“We are very happy to be in such a selective bracket – we feel this award reflects the ambition of the entire wine program at MASH. We are always looking to offer great wines at reasonable prices for Central London.”
