From now on, the exciting brasserie and wine bar concept welcomes all inhabitants, neighbours and visitors of Hamburg with French nonchalance, exceptional wines and Mediterranean cuisine.

Bistro Sommelier is a comfortable meeting point for everyone: wine lovers, gourmets, families, creatives, business people and fans of France. Surrounded by architecture with attention to detail, an extraordinary interior, and nostalgic charm, the French concept offers typical specials for lunch or an extensive dinner. On weekends, guests can additionally look forward to a changing brunch offer.
The varied wine menu with more than 900 selected wines is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a moment of indulgence after work or to spend a relaxed evening among friends. From sea brass, truffled fries, fresh beef tartare, mussels, Comté, and grilled prawns, to home-made ice cream, profiteroles, mousse au chocolat, and cake creations, the menu offers the best of French cuisine. Specialty of the house is “coq rôti”, a chicken roasted whole in a wrought-iron pot together with potatoes, onions and lemon, which is then freshly carved at the table. The kitchen is open without pause from 11.30am to 10pm seven days a week. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
