The new MASH menu


From today, October 13th, a new menu is ready for you at all Danish MASH restaurants – and we can now tell you a bit more about the new dishes you’ll be enjoying this Autumn and Winter!

You can explore the new menus now, here is the main menu:

The new MASH menu

To start off the party we’ve got five new starters. Our 1/2 lobster has gotten an upgrade, but we also have some completely new dishes like raw Norwegian lobster carpaccio, mushroom risotto with truffle, roasted pak choi, and a delicious pasta dish with burrata. 

This Autumn we also have some news for you for our mains – we’re excited to serve our new steaks for you! Instead of our American ribeye, we now have a Canadian ribeye on the menu: Spring Creek beef from Western Alberta!

From hormone-free Angus cattle, fed a mix of grass and corn, which gives the meat an intense yet buttery flavour – a must for all meat-lovers! 

That’s not all: our Uruguayan ribeye has gotten an upgrade, and is now from 200 day premium corn-fed cattle with the Taurus Gold Selection – only the best is good enough for our guests.

And then there’s the burger. We still have both the veggie burger and our MASH burger. But now you can also enjoy or new Big Tasty Burger! With 50% Kobe beef, 50% Danish dry-aged, +40 months matured comté cheese and truffle, this bad boy is taking burgers to a whole new level.

If you have room for a dessert after this feast, you can try our new chocolate pie with a whole symphony of blackcurrant – a luscious Autumn dessert.
